Meet your guide at Parque del Peñon, where you will learn about this neighborhood and visit the Cali River and El Gato del Rio, a sculpture by colombian artist Hernando Tejada. Then, you will walk to the San Antonio neighborhood and visit one of the oldest printing machines in Cali. From here you’ll start a walking tour to the historical area of Cali beginning at Iglesia La Merced, Centro Cultural de Cali, Plaza de Caicedo, Boulevard del Rio, Iglesia La Ermita and Plazoleta Jairo Varela.
You will start walking through the El Peñon neighborhood, visiting the iconic Gato de Hernando Tejada and his beautiful cats; the letters of Cali and the La Tertulia Museum.
You will go to the San Antonio neighborhood from where you will begin the route walking through the historic center of the city of Cali. You will get to know the most emblematic places in the city center and their stories.
